President - RB Engineers, Inc. As President of the Firm, Ross Baharmast shares responsibility for the Firm's daily administration and is experienced in all aspects of engineering, construction and architecture. He has 42 years of experience on an extensive range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. These projects include single and multi-family residential housing, commercial, retail facilities and warehouses.

Ali Amin, P.E.

Engineer: Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980. Began a professional career working with several construction and engineering firms in Texas before relocating to the Seattle area in 1987. Continued practicing with two engineering firms in the region prior to establishing an independent practice in 1995. Brings over 46 years of well-diversified experience in design and construction across a wide range of projects.

Hirad Shahdadfard, F.E.

Engineer: Hirad Shahdadfard has over 10 years of professional experience with the company, specializing in engineering for residential and light commercial projects. Performs analysis and calculations, prepares drawings and construction documents, and contributes to the design of single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and warehouses while coordinating with project teams to deliver efficient, code-compliant designs.
